Payment Options-

 

Credit/ Debit Card

When you purchase the deal(s) with Debit/Credit Card you will get your invoice & voucher(s) instantly by email. You can also get another copy of your invoice in your Wingsdeal account under My Orders. Select the order and click on Email Invoice. In case you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder as well.

 

Cash Deposit (Applicable in case transaction is declined using credit/debit card)

When you are purchasing any deal and in case your transaction is declined using your credit/ debit card -

Our system will generate an ORDER ID for you with status as "unpaid". You can go to any nearest Emirates Islamic Bank branch or ATM deposit machine and deposit cash or cheque, kindly email us the bank receipt along with your Order ID. We will process your order and send your voucher(s) via email.

Cash On Delivery    

 

COD

COD is available only on purchase of certain Products.

If you purchase a product and a deal in the same invoice, then you will not get the option of COD at the checkout page. If you want COD option for the product- please purchase product separately, not in conjunction with deals in same invoice. With COD, there is fixed delivery charge mentioned in the product description and Conditions tab. There are several areas where we don’t deliver.

Vouchers can be used immediately after purchase.

 

What if you don't receive your voucher(s):

If you don't receive your voucher via email, please check your junk/spam folder. Make sure you add notifications@wingsdeal.com to your safe senders list.
