How to buy a deal?

Select the deal/ product. All the products/ deals have description and information about how and when to use them under terms & condition section. It is important for you to read it before you purchase. Click on Purchase button. You need to login to your account or create an account. Enter credit card details and proceed for payment. Once payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email along with Invoice. You can also check invoice on My Accounts.

How can I check my previous order?

You can login into Wingsdeal and go to My Account Section on top right corner. There you can view your previous order history and other personal details.

How to use Wingsdeal voucher?

After purchasing the deal, you will receive an email with your voucher and necessary details. It will have detailed information on how it should be redeemed. You need to take the print of the voucher and book the appointment with the vendor and exchange it on arrival. You also can access and print your purchased vouchers at any time from the My Account section- just click on the button and you will be able to see your purchased vouchers as well as other account details. 

What If I do not get email?

Due to server issues, sometimes emails are blocked. In that case you may login to your account and access My Account section and view/ print purchased orders.

How can I change my personal account details?

You can make the changes by logging into your account. On top right corner under “My Account” section you can edit your personal details and address.

If I don’t use the full value of the voucher in one visit, do I get a credit for the remainder? 

No, the vouched must be redeemed in one go.

Can I combine my voucher with other offers or deals? 

No. Not unless specifically stated in the voucher. 

What Are the Payment Methods?

For deals, there is one payment method via credit card. For only product shopping, it can be done via either credit card or cash on delivery. If you are buying deal and product in combination, payment is done via credit card only. So if you want cash on delivery for the product buy it in separate bill don’t buy it in conjunction with the deal.

Why is there a delivery charge for Cash on Delivery?

Because we outsource the delivery team and we need to pay them as per area and distance .

Can I do payment via cheques?

Yes, is SSL secured and all the credit card information is transmitted by SSL to secure electronic vault. No information is stored on our servers

How can I feature my business on Wingsdeal?

We allow only those people to sell the products/ deals who have valid trade license. We do not allow individuals to sell their products/ deals.

Can the product be delivered all across UAE?

There are locations in UAE where our Courier Partners will not be providing deliveries to. Please refer to the Shipping Policy to ensure that your delivery address does not fall in these locations. Click here to view our shipping policy.

In case you buy the product to be delivered in non-delivery area, we will inform you, cancel the order and refund your money.

What if I received the damaged/ defective or wrong item?

For goods sold, please get in touch with the vendor within 7 working days after receiving the item to inquire about the possibility of making an exchange, and follow the vendor’s returns procedure. Is it possible to exchange my item?

For goods sold, you will need to get in touch with the vendor and inquire about the possibility to exchange an item. 

What if my voucher expires?

Every voucher has a different expiration date, and you need to use it before that date for the partner business to be able to accept it. If you experience any difficulties in using the voucher, it's important to let us know well in advance of the expiry date. Please be aware of the expiry date, as once your voucher has expired, you are not entitled to any type of refund if you haven't redeemed it.

When can I use my voucher after purchase?

You can use it once the deal is started till the deal ends. Check terms & condition for each deals.
